1. What are your business hours?

Our business hours are from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm Sunday to Saturday.

2. How can I book an excursion?

You can book an excursion through our website from any 'BOOK NOW' link or on the 'Contact Us' page. Booking can also be done by contacting us directly via email, What's App, or Facebook Messenger.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the excursion date, will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

4. Will we get back to the cruise ship on time?

We get back to the ship 1-2 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5. What is the duration of the excursions?

Excursions vary in duration, the length of each excursion can be found on the booking page.
