Terms of Service for Experience Jamaica Tours

Welcome to Experience Jamaica Tours' terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Respect for other tour members and staff is essential. Any disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• All tour participants are required to follow the safety guidelines and instructions provided by the tour guides.
• A deposit of $10 USD per person is required to secure your booking. Balance of payment is required in full upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed upon with Experience Jamaica Tours.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour time are not be eligible for a refund.
• Experience Jamaica Tours is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings during the tour.
• Participants must inform Experience Jamaica Tours of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions prior to the tour.
• By participating in our tours, you agree to allow Experience Jamaica Tours to use any photos or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes.
