Terms of Service for Experience Jamaica Tours

By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Booking and Payment

Reservations: Bookings can be made through our website, phone, social media pages or authorized travel agents.
Payment Terms: A deposit of $10 USD per person is required upon booking. The balance is due upon arrival before the tour.
Payment Methods: We accept payment of the deposit via PayPal or Zelle. The balance must be paid in cash (USD) upon arrival.


2. Cancellations and Refunds

Client Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the excursion date, will receive a 50% refund of the 
deposit. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. 

Company Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we cancel a tour, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Changes to Bookings

By Client: Requests to modify bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. While we strive to accommodate changes, they are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
By Company: We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed promptly of any significant changes.


5. Pricing

Inclusions: Prices include transportation, entry fees* & complementary refreshments.
Exclusions: Prices do not include meals, personal expenses, travel insurance.
Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust prices due to factors beyond our control, such as changes in local taxes or fuel surcharges. Clients will be notified of any price changes prior to final payment.


6. Client Responsibilities

Health and Fitness: Clients should be in suitable health to participate in tours. Any medical conditions or dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking.
Conduct: Respectful behavior towards staff, other clients, and locals is expected. We reserve the right to remove any client whose behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful.


7. Liability

Personal Injury and Loss: Experience Jamaica Tours is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during tours, except where such incidents are due to our negligence.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for services provided by third parties, such as hotels or transportation companies, though we strive to partner with reputable providers.

8. Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, personal injury, and personal belongings.

9. Complaints

Any complaints should be raised immediately with our tour guide or representative to allow for prompt resolution. Formal complaints can be submitted in writing within 24 hours after the tour ends.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jamaican courts.
